Refund & Return Policy

At deyhey, we offer 7-day hassle-free returns and exchanges from the date of delivery.


Return Window

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once approved, the returned product(s) must reach us within 5–7 days.


Reverse Pickup

  • We offer reverse pickup services, subject to serviceability of your PIN code.

  • A reverse pickup fee of ₹100 per order will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • This fee is charged once per order, regardless of the number of items in the order.

  • Pickup will be attempted a maximum of two times.

  • If pickup fails after two attempts, the customer must self-ship the product to our warehouse address.


Product Condition

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations

Products returned in poor condition or showing signs of use will not be eligible for refund or exchange.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after quality inspection of the returned product.

  • Please allow up to 7 days after return approval for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Important:

  • Refunds / bank transfers are applicable only for prepaid orders placed on our website.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Reward points and store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on our store.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds are issued only as store credit.

  • Store credit will be shared within 2–3 working days after return pickup.

  • Store credit can be used anytime and does not expire unless stated otherwise.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
