Refund & Return Policy
At deyhey, we offer 7-day hassle-free returns and exchanges from the date of delivery.
Return Window

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, the returned product(s) must reach us within 5–7 days.
Reverse Pickup

We offer reverse pickup services, subject to serviceability of your PIN code.

A reverse pickup fee of ₹100 per order will be deducted from the refund amount.

This fee is charged once per order, regardless of the number of items in the order.

Pickup will be attempted a maximum of two times.

If pickup fails after two attempts, the customer must self-ship the product to our warehouse address.
Product Condition
Returned items must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Have all original tags and packaging intact

Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
Products returned in poor condition or showing signs of use will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Refunds

Refunds are processed only after quality inspection of the returned product.

Please allow up to 7 days after return approval for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Refunds / bank transfers are applicable only for prepaid orders placed on our website.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Reward points and store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on our store.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds are issued only as store credit.

Store credit will be shared within 2–3 working days after return pickup.

Store credit can be used anytime and does not expire unless stated otherwise.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
