At deyhey, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, launches, festivals), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Timelines

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Rest of India: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to revise shipping fees without prior notice.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted third-party logistics partners to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be treated as RTO (Return to Origin).

  • Re-shipping such orders may incur additional charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select PIN codes.

  • Orders may be cancelled if repeated COD refusals are recorded for the same customer.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, deyhey is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Natural events or force majeure

  • Regulatory restrictions
